I am Diana Baldes your retreat host. I am the mother of two great children who are on their own.  After years of planning and dreaming , my place is your crafting space.  Crafter's Knoll stands apart from other retreats because we are small, intimate, and  pet friendly.  Unfortunately Tyson, my dog passed away December 2023.  We no longer have a resident pup.  Since I only accommodate 6 guests my menu allows for individual requests and made to order desserts.  Currently, I teach kindergarten in the Pontiac School District.  For the past 29 years I have inspired students to be the best they can be while feeling safe and respected in my classroom.  I now accept the challenge to inspire my guests to be creative while feeling "at home in my place."
